About Camp Nirvana Guptkashi Camp Nirvana Guptkashi provides luxury tented accommodation for Pilgrims and tourist at Guptkashi on the way to Gaurikund from where the trek for Kedarnath ji starts (Kedarnath is also part of Chardham Yatra pilgrimage). The luxury camp is beautifully set up on hill slope and surrounded by Rhododendron & Oak forests. From every tent one can see the beautiful view of Chaukhamba Peak, Kedarnath Peak and the snow capped Himalayan Range. To relax your body and mind our camp provides scenic, peaceful and natural surrounding for meditation & yoga. For adventure lovers we can arrange number of adventure activities at our camp site or trekking trips to nearby mountains. How to Reach By Road Delhi – Haridwar –Rishikesh – Dev Prayag – Srinagar – Rudraprayag – Guptkashi – (3 Kms) Rudrapur Village. Our Camp is situated 3 kms from Guptkashi at Rudrapur village. After crossing Guptkashi market less then a 1 km you will find one road turning on the left side, follow this road and camp is situated on this road around 2 km from the diversion. By Rail Haridwar is nearest rail head (160 kms) to our camp. Dehradun Shatabdi: From New Delhi: Depart from New Delhi railway station at 0655 hrs. Arrive Haridwar 1115 hrs. Return from Haridwar: Depart from Haridwar at 1808 hrs. Arrive Delhi at 2245 hrs. Jan Shatabdi : Afternoon Departure (Does not operate on Sundays) Depart from New Delhi at 1530 hrs. Arrive Haridwar 1920 hrs. Return from Haridwar: Depart from Haridwar at 0622 hrs. Arrive New Delhi 1115 hrs. Mussourie Express: Overnight train Depart Old Delhi railway station at 2215 hrs. Few of the excursions are Kedarnath ji (one of the four (Char) dhams of Uttarakhand), Chopta (beautiful Himalayan meadow full of Rodhodendron & Oak forests), Deoriya Tal (beautiful himalayan lake where you can see the reflection of Chaukhamba peak) and many other important places. Kedarnath ji (Jyotirlinga & one of the Chardham of Uttarakhand) Gaurikund from where the trek starts for Kedarnath temple is just 1 ½ hours drive (38 kms) from our camp and then another 13 kms trek and you will reach the Kedarnath ji. UKHIMATH Just 17 kms from is Ukhimath, the winter seat of Lord Kedarnath and beautiful temple of Lord Shiva. DEORIYA TAL This high Himalayan lake is around 25 kms drive and then 2 km trek from our camp. You can see the reflection of Chaukhamba peak in the clear water of this lake and also angling is possible here. CHOPTA - MINI SHITZERLAND OF INDIA This beautiful Bugyal (meadows) or high Himalayan grass fields are just 45 kms from our camp. From here you can see the beautiful views of High Himalayan peaks. Chopta have Dense forest of Oak and Rhododendron and from here trek starts for Tungnath Temple. Packages We have 2 – 10 days packages for Pilgrims, Families and student groups.
